SuperMaxxs strives to deliver your order within 30 minutes from the time your order is confirmed. If your delivery takes longer than 30 minutes and we haven't notified you of potential delays (due to extreme weather, unusually high order volume, or other extenuating circumstances), you may be eligible for:

  • A voucher for a free side dish on your next order
  • A discount coupon for a future purchase
  • Or, in some cases, a refund of your delivery fee

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
